How might we create an innovative environment to foster new product development for employees in the design and other departments of a publishing company?


The CO-CAMP aimed to open up classical structures and conventions of Cornelsen for one weekend. The idea: Representatives in the different departments of the company, external experts and students meet on a level playing field and work together on the development of common visions, learning concepts and products that offer lasting benefits.
