Working with Greta Seeger helped me gain a deeper awareness of my own behaviors and emotional patterns. And this both on a professional and personal level. As my personal Coach I felt well accompanied during the entire process. She equipped me with some very helpful and pragmatic tools to overcome certain constraints and burdens I had been carrying for years.
I learned a lot about myself and I liked the opportunity that we had time to think about what we want to achieve in life since we don’t really take time to do that in depth because we always seem to be busy.
It inspired me to see how taking the time to think at great lengths is important and helps you think deeper than usual.
Sort of meditation.
