As a passionate innovation leader with 14 years of experience in human-centered design, innovation, and transformation, I have demonstrated leadership across startup, corporate, and research sectors, driving cross-disciplinary teams in diverse industries. I have proven expertise in tackling complex challenges in fintech, pharma, telecom, healthtech, automotive, mobility, consumer goods, and electronics. I have facilitated and led transformative initiatives and interdisciplinary teams for renowned companies. As an adjunct lecturer at Harvard University Extension School and ESCP Europe Business School, I teach Design Thinking, Social Impact Innovations, and Personal Transformation & Leadership. In addition to being an experienced entrepreneur and startup mentor, I am a certified systemic, OKR, and design thinking coach, and a frequent keynote speaker.As systemic coach I give personal, career, entrepreneur and corporate coaching on a global scale.
