How to boost the innovation engine for the leading supplier of consumer goods?


The goal of the innovation sprint was to develop new products and services in the field of consumer goods for one of the oldest consumer goods company in Germany.


The sprint aimed to find out the consumer needs & problems, based on 15 consumer interviews, a core synthesis and five different persona profiles. Inspired by emerging technologies, leading consumer trends, the cross-disciplinary workshop team went into a deep process of ideation and development. Over ten new product propositions and disruptive service blueprints in four different home cleaning categories were developed that can be applied within the next five years.
