‘If leaders want an organizational transformation they have to be prepared to undergo an individual transformation.’ (Hugh Blane). Since 2019 I am a guest lecture at ESCP Business School in London, where created and lectured the course ‘Personal transformation & leadership’ for the students of the Master in Digital Transformation Management & Leadership of 2019/20 and 2020/21 at ESCP Business School London.
