Social Impact Innovation lecture and workshop on ‘strategic problem solving through human-centered design’ for Harvard Extension School, Management Course led by Prof. Mark Esposito: Professor of Business and Economics, Grenoble School of Management and Senior Associate, Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. (…) He is founder and director of the Lab-Center for Competitiveness, a think tank affiliated with the Microeconomics of Competitiveness (MOC) network at Harvard Business School, where he also serves as the co-leader of the Institutes Council.

Lecture

The students had the challenge to tackle the environmental mining catastrophe happened in November 2015 in Brazil from different perspectives and come up with solutions.

The process was design through strategic design, human-centred design and crisis management principles.
